SkedService does not charge upfront.
You only pay after SkedService helps you get bookings.
Quiet months stay free.
Busy months pay for themselves.
How it works
- Booking count resets on the 1st of each month
- Stay under the free threshold → pay $0 that month
- Go over it → pay once for that month
- Unpaid invoice pauses new bookings (existing appointments still managed)
SkedService always shows:
- Your current month booking count
- What you would pay if the month ended today
No surprises.
Monthly pricing (based on confirmed bookings)
1 to 10 Bookings

Your fee never grows without limit.
What counts as a booking?
- A booking counts when it is confirmed
- Cancellations do not reduce the count
- Bookings are counted in the month they are confirmed
- Self-bookings count too (so testing your link counts).
This keeps pricing predictable and fair.
What happens if I don’t pay right away?
- You can keep managing existing appointments
- New bookings pause only if an invoice stays unpaid
- As soon as you pay, bookings resume immediately
